Signum is is a knight character from the A’s story arc within the Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha series. She is the leader of the Wolkenritter, and like all Wolkenritter, she does not have a family name. Signum is many centuries old, but as a magical construct she does not appear to age. Signum has a taciturn and businesslike personality, contrasted by the more empathetic Shamal and the brash Vita. Her speech is antiquated and occasionally very formal, including keigo expressions.
