Himiko Toga is major antagonist in My hero Academia series. She was a member of League of Villains, one of the nine lieutenants in Paranormal Liberation Fron and now she is Commander of the Vanguard Action Intelligence Regiment: Carmine. Himiko is fair skinned with petite body. She has blonde hair, yellow eyes and average breasts.
